Agroecology Specialization (replaces Focus & Skills Areas)
Specialization courses are composed of food and agriculture-related courses that form a coherent focus relevant to the student’s area of interest. Practice-based courses are key in agroecology, including internships with farms/community gardens/non-profit organizations. Specialization courses are recommendations rather than requirements, but must be chosen in consultation with an SD advisor.
